Meet Josh Loefer and Kristina Lutz
Josh and Kristina have been a part of the Lake Norman community for over 20 years and live with their daughter Nina as well as 2 rescue dogs in Huntersville. Josh and Kristina both graduated from Furman University and have very different professional backgrounds which compliment each other and strengthen their business. Kristina has her Bachelor’s in Spanish and is a Licensed Customs Broker with a professional background in supply chain and logistics which includes operations, business development and account management. Josh has a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and a Masters degree from the University of South Carolina in Marine Biology. His professional background includes over 15 years of fishery management with the Department of Natural Resources in South Carolina as well as current ownership and management of a landscaping company serving the Lake Norman area.

Their family’s priorities include their faith and local church, raising their daughter and charity/local ministry service and support. Josh and Kristina are thrilled to have the opportunity to be franchise owners with LIME Painting to serve their customers by bringing those values into providing a truly unique and high quality experience for painting and resurfacing of homes and places of business in the Lake Norman community.
